How do I make a claim? Just call our freephone number 0800 987 8035 and choose Option 2. Our claims team are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please have your policy details to hand when you call.
Does my cover renew automatically every year? If you have chosen to pay monthly, we will contact you every 12 months for you to review the suitability of your policy. If you bought an annual policy, we will provide details concerning your renewal in plenty of time prior to the anniversary of your policy. Unless you wish to cancel your insurance coverage with us you need do nothing more and your policy will automatically renew on the anniversary date using the payment details we have on file.
What payment methods can I use? You can make payments using a Credit or Debit Card, or alternatively, you can set up a direct debit payment. Payments can be made monthly or annually.
Can I change my payment date? Yes, simply give us a call on our freephone number 0800 987 8035, or email us at sales@reactiveinsurance.co.uk, and we can set up a new payment date.
I didn't recieve my documents or I have lost them. Give us a call on our freephone number 0800 987 8035, or email us at sales@reactiveinsurance.co.uk and we will get new documents or terms and conditions sent straight out to you.

Am I already covered by my home contents insurance? Typically, most household contents insurance only provide cover for accidental damage, theft, fire and flood. Mechanical failure or breakdowns are not covered by standard contents insurance.
